Taylor Morrison will celebrate the opening of its new Amenity Center at Esplanade Golf & Country Club with exotic flair. The public is invited to tour the new facility and enjoy a Polynesian Luau on Saturday, January 26th from noon until 3 p.m. Visitors will enjoy tropical refreshments, live music and performances by hula dancers. In addition to admiring the new Amenity Center, attendees will also have the opportunity to tour five furnished models on the property. This event serves a dual purpose by marking the one-year anniversary of Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch, the only active lifestyle community in Lakewood Ranch and the opening of the highly anticipated Amenity Center.

The approximately 6,000-square-foot Amenity Center is home to a state-of-the-art fitness and aerobics facility, grand ballroom, billiard room with library, cards and crafts room, and catering kitchen. The outside space is equally well appointed, with a beautiful lagoon-style and lap pool, resistance pool, and spa with an expansive lanai with covered seating.
