In this position, Takacs will be responsible for completing renewal plan and cost summary exhibits for all employees benefit insurance products such as dental and health plans, working directly with clients to gather risk information, and organizing, managing and completing the renewal process with carriers.

Prior to joining HCW, Takacs worked for five years with Cigna specializing in the life insurance Department. She received her Bachelor of Science with a major in actuarial science and a minor in statistics from Pennsylvania State University in University Park.
