Luxury Home Buyers are Invited to a Design Workshop at Brightwater in Huntington Beach
2013-02-01
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA, February 01, 2013 (Press-News.org) Prospective buyers of the luxury detached homes of Capri, Seaglass and Azurene at Brightwater are moving quickly to pre-qualify for purchase opportunities--and to participate in a Design Workshop Saturday, February 2 at the Brightwater site. Brightwater builder Woodbridge Pacific Group is hosting the workshop to offer expert guidance for the many choices buyers will be considering for their new home.

"Prospective buyers who attend these workshops can meet designers from Residential Design Studios and review Brightwater's amazing price-included and optional features. Additionally, they will get personal access to Residential Design Online, where they can create their wish lists and budgets," said Lori Schulte, sales counselor at Capri. "With personalizing choices this extensive, starting now to craft your home should prove really helpful."

Homes in Phase One at Brightwater will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to pre-qualified buyers who are on the Eligibility List. Prospective buyers who have not yet joined this list are invited to pre-qualify immediately with Wells Fargo PMB. This step secures purchase eligibility, and brings important additional benefits to prospective buyers at this ocean-close Huntington Beach community.

For example, pre-qualified buyers will be the first to tour model homes as they are being built, at a special "Dusty Shoe" presentation guided by Todd Cunningham, President of Woodbridge Pacific Group. Educated in construction science and architecture, Cunningham says this dual perspective benefited his work with Brightwater's project architects, Hannouche Architects of Newport Beach.

"Great livability with standard configurations was our first priority with these 11 new floor plan designs, and then we worked to integrate exceptional personalizing choices," said Cunningham. "Brightwater buyers will discover home theaters, game rooms, wine rooms, twins' suites, tech spaces, home gyms and other lifestyle layout choices, depending on the floorplan they select."

Living spaces at Brightwater will range from approximately 1,992 to 2,685 square feet at Capri; 3,192 to 3,732 square feet at Seaglass; and 3,751 to 4,764 square feet at Azurene. Emphasizing indoor/outdoor living enjoyment and an array of luxury amenities, the homes will provide 3 to 6 bedrooms and 2.5 to 6.5 baths. An attached covered patio, or Huntington Room, is standard with every home and comes with a fireplace and disappearing sliding Nano doors for easy entertaining. The Huntington Room ranges from 280 to 326 square feet, adding gracious indoor/outdoor expansion to each design's principal entertainment and gathering spaces.

To join the Eligibility List and pre-qualify with Wells Fargo PMB, simply contact a Brightwater sales gallery and ask for a Pre-Qualification Loan Package. The individual sales galleries are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Mondays 1 to 5 p.m. Addresses and telephone numbers are:

- Capri, 17362 Wareham Lane, Huntington Beach, 92649; telephone 714-846-1800 to speak with Luci Ice or Lori Schulte.
- Seaglass, 4872 Orleans Drive, Huntington Beach 92649; telephone 714-840-0800 to speak with Polly Barnes or Joe Schulte.
- Azurene, 4552 Oceanridge Drive, Huntington Beach, 92649, telephone 714-846-3200 to speak with Louise Easton or Patrick Loyd.

The upcoming Brightwater neighborhoods offer the rare opportunity to secure a new, ocean-close home in Huntington Beach. Pricing has not been announced but is expected to start in the $800,000s, ranging to over $2 million. Model home grand opening celebrations are planned for early summer, and will include the debut of a spacious community center with clubhouse, pool, spa and gym, which will serve the three new neighborhoods.

Brightwater's coastal setting features unobstructed views of the Bolsa Chica Wetlands and the Pacific that will remain in perpetuity. Brightwater residents can enjoy walkable access to Bolsa Chica State Beach and additional public beaches and trails, and to dining, shopping, services and entertainment venues. The Ocean View School District and Huntington Beach Union High School District serve Brightwater. Its established location is not subject to Mello Roos assessments.

Based in Mission Viejo, Woodbridge Pacific Group is committed to architecturally distinctive homes in premier locations for move-up and luxury homebuyers. Founders Todd Cunningham and Carl Neuss have more than 30 years of experience in homebuilding, community development, strategic investment, asset management, and market/economic analysis.
