Prior to joining Sigma, Susan was the President and Founder of PAYTEK Solutions, a provider of payment processing services located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. It was there that Susan gained a majority of her experience in the industry, developing a widely successful consumer fee module for merchants accepting online payments, and implementing niche marketing campaigns that resulted in a 22% increase in product sales. In addition, she created business strategies and sales processes that enabled PAYTEK to successfully serve the sub-prime auto industry, an industry that Sigma also serves.
