Lupin Pharmaceuticals Begins Nationwide Rollout of POP's iPoint Mobile CRM for iPad

iPoint Mobile CRM continues to be the first choice for pharmaceutical companies looking to put the iPad in the hands of their reps. iPoint is the most customizable mobile CRM that meets PDMA compliance anywhere.

2013-02-04
BRANDON, MI, February 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) Pharmaceutical Operations Provider (POP) announced today that Lupin Pharmaceuticals of Baltimore, MD has begun deploying iPoint Mobile for iPad. All 160 sales representatives are upgrading to iPads configured with POP's intuitive iPoint Mobile CRM with integrated sample call management, electronic signature, GPS, and eDetailing.

POP has been providing sales force operations software and consulting services for Lupin since 2006 when the company switched from a CSO to an in-house sales force.

"As part of our due-diligence in upgrading our sales force to the iPad, Lupin evaluated many major pharmaceutical CRM vendors," said Mickey Proctor, Lupin vice president of sales. "Our assessment of POP's systems is that it provides the best overall value with the greatest flexibility. POP continues to be a true partner by offering business and system solutions while providing us with a high level of service. This reaffirms why we selected iPoint Mobile and expect it to improve and support our continued sales success.

"Having grown from 40 to 160 reps in six years, Lupin is rolling out the iPad to gain even more functionality from iPoint," said Jay Stribling, president of POP. "Like never before, they will know exactly what marketing materials are working best for them, what sections inside the documents are moving the needle, and exactly what messages are most effective."

"Lupin can now take advantage of our single platform, single device implementation by moving to the iPad, eliminating secondary hardware like a laptop or desktop computer," said Ed Becker, principal and co-founder of POP.

• The Hub is the first cloud-based CRM and includes a full suite of sample compliance tools, integrated prescriber validation services, expense reporting, aggregate spend tracking, fleet, mileage, and asset tracking, PTO tracking, samples fulfillment, and sample accountability.

• iPoint is the ultra-simple, PDMA compliant, Mobile CRM with GPS, integrated closed loop marketing, and electronic signature.

POP provides the Hub and iPoint in both a pro and lite version as an end to end SFA solution for small to mid-size pharmaceutical companies and continues to be a key player in the pharmaceutical sales industry.
