Employment Lawyer Javier Perez Joins Kendall Law Group in Dallas

Employment law attorney Javier Perez has the Kendall Law Group to expand the firm's work for the Hispanic community in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, unemployment benefit disputes, and unpaid wage and hour disputes.

2013-02-06
DALLAS, TX, February 06, 2013 (Press-News.org) Employment law attorney Javier Perez has joined Dallas-based Kendall Law Group to expand the firm's work for the Hispanic community in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, unemployment benefit disputes, and unpaid wage and hour disputes.

"Though the Hispanic community comprises about a third of Texas's labor force, many Latinos still hesitate in seeking help when they haven't been paid for their hard work, or if their employer is not treating them fairly," says Mr. Perez. "Our goal is to make sure these workers are paid what they're owed based on the rights they're entitled to in our legal system."

Kendall Law Group founder and former federal judge Joe Kendall says Mr. Perez is a fierce advocate for clients, especially those looking for bilingual legal representation in matters involving wrongful termination, unemployment benefits, discrimination, retaliation, and unpaid overtime.

"Javier's hiring represents our firm's commitment to fighting for justice for all Texas employees, including the state's fastest-growing demographic" says Mr. Kendall. "Javier is a strong legal advocate who understands the apprehensions and uncertainties the Hispanic community often has about the justice system."

Mr. Perez's parents were migrant field workers who eventually earned doctorate degrees in English and Bilingual Special Education, and inspired him to earn his law degree at The University of Texas School Of Law.

An active trial lawyer, Javier Perez represents people in all manner of employment law matters for workers who have been wrongly fired for any reason, including assistance with unemployment legal matters. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Texas, including the Federal Courts of the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.

The Kendall Law Group is a trial law firm that represents individuals in lawsuits against companies in cases involving employment discrimination and wrongful termination. Visit the firm's website at http://www.kendalllawgroup.com.
