TAMPA, FL, February 07, 2013 (Press-News.org) api(+), a leader in retail architecture and design located in Tampa, Fla., today announced the completion of its design, development and implementation project for The Wine Loft. api(+) adapted The Wine Loft design to satisfy its newest location, an existing two level space in the Mercato development of North Naples.
The Naples location is 3,780 square feet including a 3,030-square-foot main floor and a 750-square-foot mezzanine. It features an open air patio, a glass wine vault, lounge style seating, an illuminated bar and loft seating overlooking the main floor. api(+)'s design creates a comforting and relaxing environment suited for business meetings, social gatherings and romantic occasions.
Owner Sarah Kearney enlisted api(+) and Alexis Barrett of Interiors by Design West to develop her concept to convey a lounge mood and to attract Naples' professional crowd. "Working with Sarah Kearney to bring her vision to life was a delight. From the beginning, it was clear that her passion for design would be key to the success of the project," said Juan F. Romero, AIA, NCARB, President + CEO of api(+).
The Wine Loft offers wine by the glass or bottle, a full service bar, and lunch and dinner foods. The menu, which will change quarterly, features 300 wines, tapas style plates and appetizers. The bar will have live entertainment, weekly wine tastings and cooking classes with wine pairings. It opened January 7.
