This pricing and quote tool helps a manufacturer to reduce cost in preparing quotes. It has three core functions: Create Quote, Quote Reports and Parts.

"Manufacturers are struggling with their current Mission Critical sales system. Using spreadsheets for an entire sales team is inconvenient," said Mr. Chunshen Li. Unlike excessively complex and costlier ERP or MRP systems, Quote20 is simple and yet comprehensive, including these core functionality: Parts/Product Pricing; Add / Edit / View different prices for a parts or products; Quote Creation.

A user can create a single quote with one to twenty line items at any pricing. Quote reports are available for viewing. The reports include expiring quotes, quotes by sales representative, by market segment or by amount. The system administrator or senior management can add / edit users for the system.
