WICHITA, KS, February 13, 2013 (Press-News.org) "Hear My Roar" Fashion Show and Benefit Event - March 9, 2013

On Saturday, March 9th, 2013 the Woman to Woman Ministries will host a Fashion Show and Benefit Event, at Best Western Airport Inn, 6815 West Kellogg Drive, Wichita, Kansas, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This event will honor and pay special tribute to children in our community. Admission is a $10 donation, with limited scholarships available.

Special guest will include: Ms. Sloane Lewis, Miss Kansas' Outstanding Teen and the Sunflower Princess mentoring programs. As a state ambassador for the state and national programs, Sloane speaks about the four points of the crown, "Scholarship, Service, Style and Success" and empowering at-risk youth. The Miss America Organization has maintained a tradition for over 90 years of empowering young women to achieve their personal and professional goals, while providing a forum in which to express their opinions, talent and intelligence. It is the world's largest provider of scholarship assistance for young women, making available more than $45 million in cash and scholarship assistance at the local, state and national level.

The fundamental purpose of this Benefit Event is to raise funds to provide assistance for the children of incarcerated persons by allowing them to stay connected and maintain regular contact with their parents who are still behind bars.
