LAS VEGAS, NV, February 15, 2013 (Press-News.org) Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, a business specializing in residential real estate, received national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise Council-West in partnership with Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). At the same time, majority owner Molly Hamrick, President and COO of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR) was one of 16 women recognized as Vegas, Inc. magazine's 2013 "Women to Watch." The event hosted at Vdara Hotel & Spa, CityCenter last month, recognized women for their significant impact made on their community through their service.
CBPR, which celebrates its 15 year anniversary in March 2013, earned the national WBENC certification under Hamrick's leadership. Hamrick is supportive of the WBENC and its mission to furthering the advancement and impact of women in business worldwide and serving as a catalyst for the leadership development of women in real estate. Regarding her "Women to Watch" selection Hamrick said, "To be chosen from nearly 150 distinguished nominees, is a huge honor and I am humbled to be included on this auspicious list of accomplished women."
Hamrick, recently featured by the Women's Council of Realtor because of her business style, presence, and leadership savvy, is a founding member on Southern Hills Hospital board where she also serves as Co-Chair and Trustee since 2003, and is on the Board of Director and Member of the Executive Committee. Hamrick also served on board of Bank of Las Vegas (formally Red Rock Bank) since 1999, the Woman's Development Center (WDC) and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) as well as National Association of Realtors (NAR). She and her husband Bob Hamrick were also awarded the Coldwell Banker 2011 'Chandler Barton Spirit Award' for exemplifying Chandler Barton's "Can Do" attitude and holding firmly to a business purpose through innovation, creativity and the drive to persevere, despite obstacles or setbacks.
Hamrick, her husband Bob, and their three daughters live in the Summerlin community of Las Vegas.
