COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, February 18, 2013 (Press-News.org) Shelley Hitz and Heather Hart from Self-Publishing-Coach.com have just released a new book on marketing. Differing from some of the other books available on book marketing, this book has 14 different contributors that each write about a different area of book marketing. Early reviewers on Amazon have labeled the book "A helpful primer" and "A Compendium of Book Marketing Ideas."
Self-Publishing-Coach.com is just one of the many sites with information about book marketing that you can find online, and this new book, "Indie Author Book Marketing Success", is designed to bring some of the leading experts in the field together to help indie authors successfully market their books. Contributors include Joel Friedlander, D'vorah Lansky, and Dana Lynn Smith among others. The book has already received several 5-star reviews and is available in both paperback and eBook formats.
Hitz, owner/founder of Self-Publishing-Coach.com, is the mastermind behind this project. With hundreds of articles and books on the topic of book marketing, she wanted a way to bring all of the information together. Her book, "21 Ways to Market Your Book on Amazon" was an instant success when it launched in November, receiving over 60 5-star reviews.
Hart, Hitz' assistant, has been in charge of organizing the project. When asked about the book, she said, "Shelley came up with the idea of getting a bunch of experts together on one book. The book will not only help authors, but also let them know who is out there that can help them on their journey. I was really amazed at how it all came together, and we're already getting some great feedback."
The launch of "Indie Author Book Marketing Success" is scheduled for February 19th-21st. The contributing authors are offering free gifts for those that purchase the book during the launch, and are also hosting a giveaway for over $100 worth of free book marketing and author resources.
