Hygienists Now Offer Comprehensive Environmental Inspection for Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills Homes and Offices

Environmental Hygienists Phillip and Divine Fry introduce new and comprehensive techniques for the mold and environmental inspection of houses and commercial buildings in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills, Arizona.

2013-02-21
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, February 21, 2013 (Press-News.org) Homeowners and business property owners and managers in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills, Arizona, can now safeguard themselves and their property against unhealthy toxic mold and other environmental infestations with the thorough and complete inspection procedures utilized by environmental and industrial hygienists Phillip and Divine Fry.

"Because mold growth is often hidden inside heating and air conditioning equipment and ducts, attics, crawl spaces, walls, and ceilings, useful and valid building inspection requires a careful physical examination of the entire structure for water damage and mold growth as well as collecting samples of visible mold growth, air samples of room air, air samples of the outward air from the heating/cooling duct registers, and an outdoor control test," recommends Phillip Fry, who is author of five mold advice ebooks.

Mold and bacteria surface samples and air samples are analyzed by a certified mold and environmental analysis laboratory to determine the types and counts of various mold species, bacterial contaminations, and mold and chemical volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that may be present in the submitted lab samples.

If indoor mold surface samples and air samples contain many more mold spores and more types of mold spores than the outdoor mold control test, there is a presumption that there is an indoor source for that disparity.

But indoor mold counts can be so high that they are a direct and serious health threat even if mold spore or mold colony counts are comparable to, or less than, the outdoor control test levels. Fry uses this rat analogy: "If there are 50 rats running around the outside perimeter of your house, but only 20 rats living inside your home, is your home safe from rats?"

To arrange for the hygienists' inspection of homes and workplaces in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills, please email phil@moldinspector.com, or phone (480) (480) 310-7970 or (480) 217-7173, and/or visit the websites http://www.scottsdalemoldinspection.com, http://www.arizonamoldinspection.net, and http://www.buildingmoldinspection.com
