SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA, February 22, 2013 (Press-News.org) Collaboration refers to people working together and is a part of projects in many different manufacturing and production industries that span everything from smartphone accessories and household articles to large home appliances. Products that result from collaboration with designers have many pluses, the most notable one being their unique features, which make them stand out because of their distinctiveness and are responsible for collaborative designs being more refined than those of other products. Such positive aspects as these are responsible for collaboration receiving new attention.

Collabo X is a specialized digital magazine--or appzine--that will provide the information collaborators need in just a single glance. Collabo X is a response to the currently increased demand for collaborative work and will strive to bring forth the strength of collaboration, and has a launch date of February 25. With its appzine of Collabo X, Npaisoft Co. will provide in-depth information covering a wide range of content: not only will they provide information about the collaboration projects of famous artists and brand name companies, but they will also introduce case studies in collaboration and the brands of collaboration artists.

The first edition of Collabo X will feature an interview with the illustrator Jang Koal, who creates her unique world using dark and strange imagery. It will also contain information about numerous collaborative projects that are unfolding in many different fields and which involve different types of artists and industries.

Collabo X was developed by Npaisoft Co., who will also be running a website of the same name as the appzine. The purpose of their webzine, Collabo X, will be to introduce and deliver a variety of news items about a variety of artistic and cultural fields while at the same time featuring articles about collaboration ran in the digital magazine. Going forward, Npaisoft also intends to compile a variety of data about collaboration and create a platform for the collaboration of many domestic Korean and foreign artists.

Npaisoft is now involved with many ongoing international projects, and is working not only with Germany, Hong Kong and Spain but with other countries as well. Choi Youn-seok, the CEO of Npaisoft, says: "Although we are active as artists ourselves, as a company we have much experience with trying to discover the points of contact between art and business." He went on to say, "We can leverage this background to facilitate the hook-up of artists and businesses, while conducting a management business that will help make great collaborative projects possible."
