NEW YORK, NY, February 22, 2013 (Press-News.org) In the world of direct sales competition is high. The clients who hire companies such as Black Operations, Inc. are looking for the most efficient form of marketing where they can make the most bang for their buck. 'What our clients are looking for are high values of integrity, quality sales and volume' says CEO Black. The stereotype of the sleazy car salesman is outdated. These days to be great in the world of sales one needs to be more smart than funny, educated rather than likeable. Clients are extremely rigid on values of integrity and to trust us with their own brands we need to maintain quality by hiring great candidates. In The 17 Irrefutable Laws of Teamwork, John C Maxwell wrote that "There is almost no limit to the potential of an organization that recruits good people, raises them up as leaders and continually develops them" (2001,1985) and that is truly what Black Operations, Inc. is about. "Most of our candidates are entry level and our primary focus is to give these new hires great training for them not to execute entry level tasks but rather have the foundation for a long term career," says Black. And it was really great to see that South Africans share the same values - even though they're on different continents.

South Africa is a beautiful country. Black Operations, Inc.'s executive team had the opportunity to land from JFK to Johannesburg where from there they traveled to a smaller coastal town: Durban and finally arrived in Cape Town. In these three cities partners greeted them and introduced them to their company cultures and values. South African affiliates have had a record year. Their sales efforts have reached to over 50million consumers when the country has a population of 50 million. This means that on average every single South African in the country has been promoted to by one of Black Operations, Inc. South African counterparts. The biggest difference between the two cultures was to watch the South African's level of commitment to the development of their peers and how respective and receptive their students are. In the West, maybe as a result of the millennial generation or because of a growing sense of entitlement of recent college graduates - coaching others becomes a daunting task rather than a sense of pride. In South Africa every small step towards progress is sang, clapped and danced about and it makes the workplace a great place to be.
Black Operations, Inc. has had a great learning and networking experience in South Africa and is very eager to bring key ingredients in South Africa's success back to the United States.

Why Insuring Your Business Is Important
2013-02-22
Take a look at your business from a different angle - it's a culmination of all your ideas, time and money. Any home-based or small business which doesn't consider insurance for their business is putting their hard work - and livelihood - at risk.
If you have insurance for your home, in the same way, you should be protecting your business' assets as well as you and any staff from liability claims. If you employ even one person under a contract of service or apprenticeship, it's a legal requirement that you provide cover for them should they be injured or suffer damage ...
