LAS CRUCES, NM, February 27, 2013 (Press-News.org) Team National's Thrive with Heart Convention created a collective buzz all throughout Kansas City February 14-17, 2013. The momentum was fueled by over 2,500 enthusiastic and motivated attendees, all ready to make a difference in their lives and live the lifestyle they've only dreamt of! Three key words that were woven into TN's convention theme were motivation, commitment and fellowship.

After surveying convention attendees, Team National discovered this convention had great results. Over 98% of the participants agreed the event was well executed and provided valuable training and motivational stories.

"Hearing Darren Hardy was life-changing for me. The weekend was filled with energy, emotion, motivation, celebration, knowledge, heartfelt stories, leadership and relationships (new and old). I love Team National! Thank you to all who worked so hard on our behalf. You are amazing!" said Team National member Jodene Clayton.

TN also offered new marketing materials to members at convention. The majority of members gave these new tool makeovers rave reviews.

Keynote speaker Darren Hardy, best-selling author, mentor and SUCCESS Magazine publisher/editorial director, shared many insights into effective leadership that result in business and personal success.

Independent Marketing Directors (IMDs) and guests were feverishly jotting down lessons learned from our top sales leaders. President and CEO Angela Loehr Chrysler gave updates about the company's progress in 2012, stating Team National's sales were up 31% in 2012 over the 2011 numbers.
