The plans with the most votes will receive grants in the amount of $5,000, $25,000, $50,000 or $250,000.Morrisville, NC realtor Paulina Bohorquez of Sustainable Legacy Properties, a division of Paulina Real Estate Team, Inc., is looking to be awarded one of two $250,000 grants in order to clean up parks and neighborhoods in Wake County and the Greater Raleigh area in North Carolina.
"This specific project consists of sustainably renovating one home and sprucing up a nearby park for the residents, especially the children in the community. It's important to have a nice, safe and green space for people to gather and kids to play in," said Paulina.
