Quail Pointe, Hidden Park, and Bradford Groves account for 400 apartment units combined in Spartanburg, SC. In South Carolina, CompassRock now also manages the 308 unit Grove Station community in Greenville, the 100 unit Ashley Chase community in Sumter, and the 96 unit Willow Glen community in Rock Hill.
In North Carolina, CompassRock now manages The Landing, which is a 200 unit community in Durham, as well as the 192 unit North Pointe community in Statesville, and the 160 unit Ridge Pointe community in Conover. In Georgia, CompassRock now manages the 128 unit Merrit Landing Apartments in Brunswick. In Virginia, CompassRock now manages the Class A, 300 unit Residences at Belmont in Fredericksburg, as well as the 102 unit Broad Street community in Richmond. In Maryland, CompassRock now manages The Morgan Apartments, which is a 140 unit Class A community in Bethesda.
