$3.35 Million Verdict Awarded in Transvaginal Mesh Lawsuit

The case, Gross v. Gynecare Inc., was heard by the Superior Court of Atlantic County, New Jersey (Atl-L-6966-10). It is the first transvaginal mesh (TVM) jury verdict in New Jersey and the second TVM verdict over $3 million. Last year, in Scott v.
