Local Commercial Real Estate Firm Hires Real Estate Advisor With More Than A Decade Of Experience

In her position, Mbithi will use her decade of experience to counsel investors on making financially sound and profitable real estate investments. Additionally, Mbithi will use her negotiating skills and creative problem solving capabilities to develop value-based relationships with clients and help them achieve their real estate goals.

Mbithi received her bachelor's degree in business management and marketing from Houston Baptist University. Before relocating from Las Vegas to Raleigh, N.C., Mbithi was a property manager for Harsch Investment Properties, one of the largest industrial landlords and developers in the Las Vegas Valley. Along with managing a portfolio of more than 3 million-square-feet of industrial, flex, retail and office property, Mbithi handled annual budgets, quarterly reports, forecast reports, financial documentation and the development of leasing strategies. Following her tenure with Harsch Investment Properties, Mbithi spent a year volunteering in a village in Uganda at a boarding school for abandoned and HIV-positive children. She currently holds a real estate broker's license in North Carolina and Nevada.
