Dr. Jason Kalk graduated with honors from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine with his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He completed advanced surgical training with a three-year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital in Upstate, NY under the tutelage of Dr. Guido LaPorta. Dr. Kalk, podiatrist in Portage Park and Chicago, has a special interest in Forefoot and Rearfoot Surgery, Charcot Foot Reconstruction, Limb Salvage, and Ankle Arthroscopy.
Additionally, Dr. Jason Kalk, Chicago podiatrist, is certified in Wound Care by the American Board of Wound Management and is a member of multiple associations, including the American Podiatric Medical Association, Illinois Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He was raised in Upstate, NY and proudly served in the United States Air Force.
