NEW YORK, NY, March 09, 2013 (Press-News.org) StoneCastle Securities LLC, a leading provider of private equity and debt capital placement services, announced that it was the exclusive placement agent in securing equity financing on an inventory of aircraft components for Stratus Partners, LLC ("Stratus"), headquartered in Santa Rosa, CA. Stratus co-invested and is managing the consignment of the inventory. The transaction was extremely opportunistic and required an expedited closing process. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
