Enrigo Italian Bistro To Host Five-Course Dinner And Wine Pairing On March 14

Local Italian Restaurant Offering Gourmet Dinner Featuring Rack Of Lamb Paired With Costa Archi Assiolo

CARY, NC, March 10, 2013 (Press-News.org) Gabriele Davanzante, owner of Enrigo Italian Bistro (http://www.dineenrigo.com), an authentic Italian restaurant known for its slow-cooked and robust, made from scratch food, has announced that the restaurant will host a five-course dinner with select wine pairings from Sunrise Wines on Thursday, March 14 at 6:30 p.m. at 575 New Waverly Pl., Suite 106 in Cary. The evening's highlighted course is the rack of lamb paired with Costa Archi Assiolo, a sangiovese red wine.

Sunrise Wines will provide fine Italian wines for the gourmet dinner. Founded in 2004 by Manuel Magnani, the Raleigh, N.C.-based importer of fine Italian wines boasts a portfolio of 12 different family-owned Italian producers from five regions throughout Italy.
