Mark Denker MD Offers Innovative Implantation Failure Test

Palm Beach Fertility Center founder Mark Denker MD says new test may help to determine and treat IVF implantation failure cause.

BOCA RATON, FL, March 10, 2013

Palm Beach Fertility Center founder Mark Denker MD says new test may help to determine and treat IVF implantation failure cause.

Mark Denker MD recently announced that a new test is available to IVF patients experiencing implantation failure. Palm Beach Fertility CenterâEUR s Mark Denker MD offers the test on-site at the Center and reports that it is designed to monitor the endometrium during the time of implantation. According to Mark Denker MD, this allows physicians the opportunity to get to the bottom of IVF failure in otherwise healthy women.

According to Mark Denker MD, one of the biggest sources of frustration for fertility patients is unsuccessful implantation. The new test will help eager parents-to-be understand why their IVF treatments have failed, explains Mark Denker MD.

Historically, implantation failure has been a mystery to fertility specialists. Testing lacked conclusiveness; as an example, Mark Denker MD points to the endometrial function test. This test uses a microscope to examine a biopsied sample of the endometrial lining. Other endometrial receptivity tests include the B3 Integrin which Mark Denker MD says is helpful but only notes the problem. Neither test conclusively identifies real-time issues with the endometrial lining that would help reproductive experts like Mark Denker MD decide how to treat the cause.

This most recent addition to Palm Beach FertilityâEUR s arsenal of tests, says Mark Denker MD, samples the endometrium as implantation occurs. By taking a tissue sample at this critical stage in the IVF process, Mark Denker MD can observe the conditions the implanted cells are entering.
Mark Denker MD reports that the new test measures the endometrial surface for protein expression. Results are then compared to a control group of protein expressions to determine where a malfunction might be occurring, says Mark Denker MD.

Once the test results are in, Mark Denker MD can prescribe HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) in order to shift the window of time a woman has to conceive. This, according to Mark Denker MD, can increase a coupleâEUR s likelihood of getting pregnancy via the In-Vitro process.
