Brian Cromer brings a combined experience of twenty years as a professional mariner and ten years as a project manager at two premier US shipyards (Delta Marine and Derecktor) to the yacht owner's side of the table.Pelagos Group is able to leverage the resources of designers, naval architects, engineers, surveyors, and project managers on an "as needed" basis forming a highly competent team of professionals for an owner building a new yacht or refitting an existing vessel. This unique approach ensures an efficient operation that is results oriented. Our strategy focuses on information management using a collaborative approach involving all stakeholders in the construction process.
