In this position, Sheahan will work closely with clients to help them through the healthcare renewal process with carriers.
Prior to joining HCW, Sheahan led construction and renovation projects at a local firm where she focused on process and quality management. The experience exposed her to how services, tools and people are interdependent and helped her gain expertise in client management. Additionally, she previously worked for AT&T Solutions in various roles.
Sheahan graduated from NC State University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. A native of Durham, she resides in Raleigh.
