LAKE PLACID, NY, October 25, 2010 (Press-News.org) Ciao bello! How does a trip to Italy sound this winter? It's a dream that can become a reality for just $20.11. Someone will win this vacation of a lifetime. Why not you? And let's make it for two.
All you have to do is participate in the Ludus Tours USA Luge 2011 Sweepstakes, where the winner will be treated to four days in the Italian Alps. You could be the national Luge team's guest at the 2011 World Luge Championships, in Cesana, Italy, from Jan. 27-30, at the same track that hosted the world just four years ago during the Torino Olympic Winter Games.
Contestants will be housed in Torino (one hour from the course) and may enter as many times as they'd like, but only 750 tickets will be sold. While you take a chance at this glorious European experience, you will also support the efforts of the U.S. Luge Team, which is the beneficiary of the sweepstakes.
Here's what $20.11 could get you and a companion:
• Airfare
• Ground transportation for 3 days
• Housing in Torino, Italy
• Two meals per day
• Admission to the track as guests of USA Luge
• USA Luge Swag Bag
Entry is now open at the USA Luge website, and will continue until midnight Dec. 20. Click to enter the raffle and get further details. http://www.usaluge.org/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=8&products_id=47
World Cup action begins in late November, with the American lugers looking to build momentum for the World Championships. The U.S. team has won two world titles in its history. If Torino provides a third championship, will you be there to witness it?
Our mission is to show people the experience of their lives.
