Fanning Harper Attorneys Joshua Skinner, Francisco Valenzuela Named to Texas Rising Stars List

For the fourth consecutive year, Josh Skinner and Frank Valenzuela of Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin have been selected to the Texas Rising Stars listing.

DALLAS, TX, March 16, 2013 (Press-News.org) Attorneys Joshua A. Skinner and Francisco J. Valenzuela of Dallas-based Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C., again have earned recognition as two of the state's top young lawyers with selections to the 2013 Texas Rising Stars list.

This is the fourth consecutive selection to the exclusive annual listing for both attorneys. Mr. Skinner is recognized for his work representing cities, municipalities and governmental entities in courtroom litigation and other legal matters. Mr. Valenzuela is recognized based on his work for business clients in employment litigation defense cases.

Texas Rising Stars honorees are selected by Thomson Reuters' legal division, recognizing the state's best lawyers under the age of 40 and those who have been practicing law for no more than 10 years. Those honored are selected based on nominations from other lawyers across Texas and a review by the publication's editors. The complete 2013 Texas Rising Stars listing appears in the April issues of Texas Monthly and Texas Rising Stars magazines.

Mr. Skinner earned his law degree at Ave Maria School of Law and his undergraduate degree at the University of Dallas. Mr. Valenzuela earned his law degree from Notre Dame Law School after securing his undergraduate degree from the University of Dallas.
