WAYNE, PA, March 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) President Barack Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law in 2010. Some provisions became effective immediately, and others are being phased in over a ten-year period. Most major provisions of the federal law, though, will be phased in by January, 2014.That means companies across the country must prepare now to compete in the new world of healthcare.
