Inlanta Mortgage Partnering with Xinnix

BROOKFIELD, WI, March 21, 2013 (Press-News.org) Inlanta Mortgage is delighted to announce a training partnership with Xinnix, The Mortgage Academy of Excellence. Xinnix provides an integrated suite of programs and services designed to coach and mentor loan originators.

On April 11, 2013, managers from more than 30 Inlanta branch offices will meet in Milwaukee to kick off a long-term leadership training plan. Xinnix President, Casey Cunningham will be in Milwaukee to address branch managers and get them started on the Xinnix program.

In addition to the leadership training, loan officers at Inlanta Mortgage will have the opportunity to participate in Xinnix's loan officer training program. Due to the company's rapid growth, Inlanta Mortgage continues to seek individuals with the professionalism and integrity required to succeed in today's highly regulated and dynamic mortgage industry.

Inlanta Mortgage President, Nicholas DelTorto believes investing in ongoing employee training and development is essential for an organization's long term success. "Our loan originators are at the center of our borrowers' service experience. By providing ongoing training opportunities, our originators will be even better equipped to assist borrowers with their home financing needs."

The Xinnix Leadership training program will commence in April and be completed over the course of 2013. The program will provide touches on leadership skills, planning, coaching and accountability. The loan officer training program includes 55 lessons that will review common loan program guidelines and lending compliance.
