MESA, AZ, March 26, 2013 (Press-News.org) The Environmental Hygienists Association now offers both Professional Industrial Hygienist and Certified Environmental Hygienist education, training, and certification online anywhere in the world through its websites http://www.industrialhygienisttraining.com and http://www.ecology-college.com.
Industrial hygienists and environmental hygienists provide professional services to improve or maintain high standards for basic environmental conditions affecting the well being of people such as: (1) clean and safe water supply, (2) clean and safe ambient air, (3) efficient and safe animal, human, and industrial waste disposal, (4) protection of food from biological and chemical contaminants, and (5) adequate housing and workplaces that are environmentally clean and safe.
Several of the most significant environmental health threats that can be solved by industrial and environmental hygienists are mold and germ microbial contamination, pollution, and the resulting spreading of infectious diseases in homes, commercial buildings, and public buildings, especially when microbial infestations are hidden inside walls, ceilings, floors, crawl spaces, basements, attics, and heating/cooling equipment and ducts.
Hygienist graduates can earn a significant income as a Professional Industrial Hygienist or Certified Environmental Hygienist, either as a self-employed hygienist or an employee of a private company, non-profit organization (e.g., hospital), or a local, state, or federal government building, health, safety, or environmental agency.
Enrolled students concentrate on and master the practical skills required in the real world for their success as an industrial hygienist and/or environmental hygienist, including the many in's and out's of effective environmental inspection, testing, remediation, and prevention of major environmental dangers such as mold, indoor air pollutants, radon, germs, water and food contamination, lead paint, asbestos, pesticides, and chemical hazards. Students also learn the biology, chemistry, and industrial hygiene science required for career success.
Students can complete the industrial hygienist or environmental hygienist course curriculum in just a few months, which is far less time and far more affordable than the four years required to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial hygiene or biology from a college or university.
For more information, please email training director Phillip Fry manager@professionalindustrialhygienists.com, or phone Phillip at 1-480-310-7970 or 1-480-217-7173 in the USA, or visit the website http://www.certifiedhygienists.com.
The Environmental Hygienists Association provides online training worldwide for students to be trained and designated as Professional Industrial Hygienists, Certified Environmental Hygienists, and Certified Mold Inspectors.
