Time to Get Flexible: Embody Pole Fitness to Offer New Flexibility Program in Anaheim Hills and Corona

So Cal will soon have a whole new way to get and stay fit: Flexibility circuit training classes at Embody Pole Fitness. This innovative new program employs a unique circuit format in order to keep classes interesting and get the most out of each.

2013-03-27
CORONA, CA, March 27, 2013 (Press-News.org) Circuit training involves six stations, each of which focuses on specific stretching exercises designed to increase flexibility and range of motion while decreasing the risk of injury. In circuit training, every movement forms a foundation for the next, building up to a positional hold at the end of each class.

Embody's flexibility training program will focus on working toward ultimately achieving several positional holds, including Front Splits and Middle Splits, as well as improving back and shoulder flexibility.

Why flexibility training? It's no secret that strength training and cardiovascular exercises are great for your health and your body; however, flexibility training is just as important - but it's often overlooked. Engaging in regular flexibility-enhancing exercises not only promotes a healthy, supple body, it also leads to a greater range of motion and provides an effective way to release stress and relax.

Experts from the American Heart Association, Harvard Medical School and the American College of Sports Medicine concur. Studies suggest that engaging in regular stretching and flexibility exercises keeps joints and ligaments elastic and supple, leading to a range of benefits from better posture to less muscle fatigue, fewer injuries to more symmetrical muscle development.
Embody Pole Fitness will begin offering high-intensity flexibility circuit-training classes on XXXX XX, 2013 at their Anaheim Hills and Corona studios.
