NEW YORK, NY, October 27, 2010 (Press-News.org) Dr. Brenda Marshall is founder and principal of the Solacium Group - a management consultancy that supports bereaved executives and their teams as they return to work after loss. Brenda's interest in this field came after the sudden death of her younger brother Brent, in September 2006. Previously untouched by grief, his death sparked a journey of growth and learning that continues today.

Dr. Heidi Horsley, PsyD, LMSW, MS, is a bereaved sibling and a licensed psychologist and social worker. Dr. Heidi is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Open to Hope ( http://opentohope.com ) Foundation and an adjunct professor at Columbia University. She has a private practice in Manhattan, NY specializing in grief and loss. She is also author of "Teen Grief Relief" and "Real Men Do Cry". She holds graduate degrees from the University of San Francisco, Columbia University, and Loyola University.
