Kicking Off Their Summer Tour, The Plastic Revolution Will Play Soda Bar in San Diego, CA

SAN DIEGO, CA, March 31, 2013 (Press-News.org) San Diego rock alternative band The Plastic Revolution announced today that they will be kicking off their summer tour at Soda Bar in San Diego, California April 12th with indie rock bands The Material and Calefaction.

Other shows include April 20 at the 99th Annual UC Davis Picnic Day, May 15, Frog and Peach in San Luis Obispo; May 16, King King in Hollywood, May 18, Gallagher's Pub in Ocean Beach; June 29, at the House of Blues in San Diego.

Other show dates to be announced later this spring.

About The Plastic Revolution

The Plastic Revolution (TPR) is a five-piece San Diego-based indie rock, alternative, pop punk band featuring lead singer Jake Skolnick, lead guitarist Nick Brownlee, bassist Eddie Phanichkul, violinist Regina Brown, and drummer Nick Turner. They have toured international and played iconic venues such as the Casbah in San Diego, the Troubadour and Key Club in Hollywood, Mother's in Chicago, Otto's and Bar 9 in New York City, and Le Feline, Paris and Arena de Nimes, Nimes, France.

TPR began in 2005, signing to Mannequin Vanity Records, and has released two studio albums including Planning for Chaos (2007, MVR) and Postmodern Medicine (2011, MVR). Their music can be heard on radio stations across America, Spotify, and purchased on Amazon and iTunes.
