Consecutive Winners Speak High Praise for Talk of The Town Customer Satisfaction Awards

Recent Talk of the Town Award winners share their excitement about their consecutive awards.

2013-04-03
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, April 03, 2013 (Press-News.org) Six Talk of the Town Award winners were honored for a second time by Talk of the Town News for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. These businesses have earned the prestigious award again by continually providing outstanding customer service to their patrons, demonstrating their commitment to reaching the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News and Celebration Media U.S., recognize companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company's Power Rating . Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

The following businesses are excited to be recognized again for their efforts, and plan on continuing to promote their award status.

• All Plumbing Inc., Arlington, Va.
• Dodge House Hotel & Convention Center, Dodge City, Kan.
• Mr. Fence, Inc., Freehold, N.J.
• Pinnacle Chiropractic, Brookfield, Wisc.
• Renaissance Home Health Care, Bedford Heights, Ohio
• MacK and Kate's Cafe, Franklin, Tenn.

"Our awards are on display in our reception area, and we have received comments on how nice they look," says Jen from Pinnacle Chiropractic. "They help build credibility with patients and an appreciation that we are here to serve them. Our employees were excited to display them and let our patients know about the award."

"We showcase our award on the wall in front of our counter, on our website and in all of our print ads and flyers," says Annmarie of Mr. Fence. "Some customers acknowledge that the awards make them feel safe with us. I think the plaque is the perfect size and not too overpowering, and I am sure that displaying it in combination with other awards and our reputation have definitely made some impact."

"I think our plaque is a well-designed award that truly represents when you go that extra little mile to show great customer care with your clients," says Mickie with Renaissance Home Health Care. "We're currently using our awards in the reception area and on the walls of high-traffic areas. Many of our visitors, agency staff and clients comment positively on the awards."

"We love the plaque and everything included in the Full Blown Media Blitz package. Everything is professionally done, and we use all of the tools in all of our marketing materials. We find that the award makes people more confident in using our services," says Lehn at All Plumbing.

"We placed our award in the restaurant and have received positive feedback from our customers," says Justin at the Doge House Hotel & Convention Center. "The quality and size is good, and our employees are happy to see that they are getting good feedback."

"Our awards are framed and placed on our wall for all of our customers to view, and they remark when they see the award," says Jan from MacK and Kate's Cafe. "Our employees love it, and I think it has added validity to our business. We will be using this in our email marketing campaigns. The plaques are appealing and very well done."
