Jaime Partners Constructs Winner of ABC's The Taste New Searsucker Restaurant Project in Austin, Texas

SAN DIEGO, CA, April 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) Jaime Partners, the San Diego-based, highly regarded and experienced project management company, is officially constructing the winner of ABC's The Taste new Searsucker restaurant located in Austin, Texas. The 7,000-square foot restaurant is scheduled to officially open in June 2013.

After successfully managing and completing the first two Searsucker projects in San Diego in 2010 and Scottsdale in 2012, Jaime Partners was hired again as the project managers for the third Searsucker Austin location in December 2012.

In providing project and construction management services, Jaime Partners is working with Austin-based architect firm, CTA Group, and general contractor, Fine Line Commercial Construction, as the owners' representative during construction. Services provided by Jaime Partners during the pre-construction phase include design team management, code review, scheduling and cost estimation. Construction phase services include scheduling, contract controls, and management of general contractor and all other subcontractors involved.

In order to recreate Searsucker's 'new American classic' concept and highly regarded atmosphere, the same artistic designer, Thomas Schoos, was brought on for the Austin location.

Searsucker Austin will be located at 415 Colorado Street in the Warehouse District of Austin, Texas.
