Among Alicante's many upscale features and amenities are: an optional guest suite with coffee bar; a downstairs bedroom and bath; convenient drop zones from garage to living spaces; walk-in pantries and extra-large windows.

It will incorporate programs and technologies for college-bound students, and include vocational education facilities, classrooms, administrative facilities, gym and cafeteria.

The high school will serve Mountain House students who are currently in the community's four village elementary schools. The newest of these is Sebastian Questa Elementary, which serves K-8 students throughout the village of Questa. Also see www.lammersvilleschooldistrict.net.

Homeowners at Mountain House have many good things to say about their community and its excellent schools, abundant recreation and inclusive community dynamic.
