SANTA MONICA, CA, April 06, 2013 (Press-News.org) Adventure travel gear maker Travelpro, is teaming up with The Global Scavenger Hunt to outfit this year's participants who will be competing in the 9th annual around-the-world travel adventure competition that will crown The World's Greatest Travelers.

The Global Scavenger Hunt's event will take place over 23-days between April 12th and May 4th, 2013. Teams of two will be competing in this annual travel adventure and cultural immersion that will travel from Los Angeles to Toronto—the long way! Intrepid Indiana Jone's (and Jane's) will be taking A Blind Date With The World , visiting Lost Cities, participating in exotic local customs, ferreting out bizarre clues, tasting uncommon delicacies, and riding every sort of four-legged beast available, while conducting cultural-oriented scavenges on four continents and at least 10 countries. The intrepid adventurers will not know any of their impending destinations and also be limited to public transportation in those exotic locales.
