PowerStone Property Management Reports 20th Year Off To Great Start

New people and associations added. CEO, Rene' Decker named Secretary of CACM Executive Committee.

HERMOSA BEACH, CA, April 10, 2013 (Press-News.org) PowerStone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that in the first quarter of 2013 it has added 8 new Home Owner Associations to its client roster including the Broadmoor Huntington Harbor, Tijeras Creek and the Tustin Auto Mall. These additions include a mix of new condominium, master planned, single family, and commercial properties.

CEO Rene' Decker, reports, "The growth so far this year has been the result of our team's hard work and professionalism, which makes our clients feel good about recommending us." He adds: "We've also added some key staff members that will ensure an extra special celebration of our 20 year anniversary."

The California Association of Community Managers (CACM) announced that Powerstone's CEO, Rene's Decker would join the Executive Committee as Secretary. Mr. Decker has been serving on the CACM board for 18 years. Also, Senior Manager Kendrah Kay of PowerStone has joined the Legal Advisory Steering Committee at CACM. CACM founded in 1991 is the leading resource to help community managers and community management companies achieve excellence in the industry.

PowerStone as part of its 20th anniversary celebration continues its support of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF). PowerStone contributes not only donations but also volunteers for various PCRF events.

"Our Annual Kickoff event will be held on May 1st." Says Kara Wright, Senior Manager for PowerStone. She adds: "The event includes a celebration lunch hosted by PowerStone, a silent auction and a 5K/10K walk a few days later on May 5th, Cinco de Mayo."
