LateRooms.com - Visit Equitana Melbourne to See Beautiful Horses

A variety of competitions and activities are set to make Equitana Melbourne one of the most enjoyable experiences of the year.

2010-10-28
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, October 28, 2010 (Press-News.org) More than 1,000 horses will be on display at Equitana Melbourne, making it a must-see event for anyone with a love of such animals.

Guests at Melbourne hotels can visit the festival between November 18th and 21st 2010, with all sorts of activities taking place throughout the course of the four days.

As well as the exhibition of a huge number of horses, there will be competitions and a variety of entertainment to keep people amused.

The organisers pointed out that the event has now been running twice a year since 1999, no doubt attracting thousands of people to the cheap hotels Melbourne has to offer in the process.

"At Equitana Melbourne you will experience a world of horses, showcasing the very best of competition, education and exhibition," stated the Equitana team.

Among the contests confirmed to go ahead at the event are jumping, campdrafting, reining, dressage, polo and carriage driving.

With so much to see, visitors may even wish to attend more than one day of the exhibition, although many of the individual sessions are already sold out due to popular demand.

However, people can still pay A$39 - A$34 for children - to enter the Melbourne Showgrounds and enjoy the buzzing atmosphere that is created at the occasion every year.

For more information on this event, visit the Equitana Melbourne website or contact the organisers on +61 03 9596 8744.
