Two of the most unique tours in Napa Valley team up

2013-04-17
NAPA, CA, April 17, 2013 (Press-News.org) The Napa Valley Wine Train and Castello di Amorosa are two of the most notable and unique tours in The Napa Valley. Recently, the two iconic attractions have come together to create a tour unlike any other. The Wine Train's "Castle Tour" will offer Napa visitors the ability to fully experience the mystique of the Napa Valley Wine Train and Castello di Amorosa in one day.

After checking in at The Napa Valley Wine Train station, passengers board the train and begin their journey by savoring a multiple course gourmet meal prepared by Wine Train Executive Chef, Kelly Macdonald. While relaxing on the train, visitors soak in the atmosphere of classic american antique rail cars and rolling picturesque views of Napa's landscape. After lunch, a luxury motorcoach transports touring guests to the second part of the tour, "the castle of love."

Upon arriving at Castello di Amorosa, guests will be guided on a VIP tour of a spectacular Tuscan style, medieval castle. The tour of the castle includes walking through an array of different rooms that have been precisely recreated, including a torture chamber, watchtowers, and secret passageways. The tour concludes with a private tasting held in a dungeon cellar tasting room. The authenticity coming from nearly 15 years of construction makes you feel like you have stepped into a time machine.
