New China Buffet Wins Three Talk of the Town Awards for Customer Satisfaction

Huntsville restaurant earns its third Talk of the Town Award in three years thanks to high customer satisfaction ratings.

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, April 18, 2013 (Press-News.org) For the third straight year New China Buffet has received a 4-star rating for customer satisfaction, again earning it the prestigious Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in the Restaurants category.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S., honor companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company's CM Power Rating . Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

New China Buffet in Huntsville has been open for 10 years, providing delicious authentic Chinese cuisine to the Huntsville community. "We have a full menu of everything you could possibly want or crave in Chinese food," says Ken Lin, the restaurant's manager. "Our all-you-can-eat buffet has an assortment of items for you to try and enjoy."

Among the restaurant's specialties are barbecue ribs and crab legs, as well as sushi. In May, renovations to the restaurant will be complete, adding a hibachi grill to the dining options.

In addition to the dine-in buffet, the restaurant offers both banquet and catering services. The restaurant's large banquet room can host groups of up to 70 people. Off-site catering services are also available, providing everything from fried rice and chop suey to sushi platters.

Offering not only high quality food, but also excellent service is what has led New China Buffet to receive high customer satisfaction marks and three consecutive Talk of the Town Awards. "We have very good waiters and waitresses," says Lin, of what sets the restaurant apart from the competition. "Our friendly staff is here to make your time an enjoyable one."

New China Buffet is located at 207 Jordan Lane in Huntsville.
