STATESVILLE, NC, April 19, 2013 (Press-News.org) The recipients of the fourth annual Awards of Excellence have been announced by TharpeRobbins, a leader in the managed recognition and rewards industry. Only four companies have earned the award for four consecutive years including Howard Miller Company, JRM & Associates, the McNeill Communications Group Inc., and the Plybon Company. Those companies achieving recognition for three years include Catawba Paper, Feteira Tool & Findings, Inc., KGM Industries, Keystone Incentives and Tourneau. The companies earning recognition for the second time include Bulova, Document Imaging Solutions, DPI, Fossil, Hamilton-Beach, and STOROpack.

The recognized companies each received a beautiful framed piece of artwork with a certificate of authenticity commissioned by TharpeRobbins and personally signed by the artist. This year's award features a majestic lion by Don Balke, one of America's finest wildlife and nature artists. The lion is noble and agile showing the award winners have integrity and take advantage of opportunities. It is also a symbol of bravery and the willingness to take risks to make improvements.
Previous awards also included authentic artwork by Balke. The 2011 award featured a striking White Owl, symbolic of wisdom and strategic thinking; the 2010 award was a Bengal Tiger, representing power and energy and the 2009 award featured a Bald Eagle, symbolizing strength and courage.
