Yun FIT the Un Fitness Bootcamp Becomes Improvement Warrior Fitness

Let's face it—boot camps are on the way out, it's time for a change.

2013-04-22
COLUMBUS, OH, April 22, 2013 (Press-News.org) While we have enjoyed being Columbus's premier "boot camp" for the past several years, the time has come to change our name to reflect what we truly are—a fitness training program designed to help you become the best YOU that you can be!

You aren't a "camper"—you're an athlete! At Improvement Warrior Fitness, you don't come to "work out" or to "exercise." You come to get results, to train, to improve, to reach your goals. Our team of coaches is well-qualified and standing at the ready to help you do so!

Improvement Warrior Fitness is also here to support you with education, screenings for proper form, nutrition information, and motivation. Becoming fit is about so much more than just the physical aspect—at Improvement Warrior Fitness, we are concerned with everything that contributes to your training and healthy lifestyle.

The training sessions will be enjoyable and effective. They will continue to include a variety of routines, including dynamic warm-ups, body weight intervals, and circuits featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, partner work, and more. Classes will still be offered at convenient morning and evening times throughout the week, and each phase lasts four weeks with a one-week break.

The large group training sessions take place in Hilliard, Downtown Columbus, and Reynoldsburg.

'I'm very excited about the change,' says owner Jason Yun, 'I've been wanting to get away from bootcamps for a while because there are quite a few in the Columbus area that give 'bootcamps' a bad name. What we offer is so much more the boot camp, we consider ourselves to be large group personal training—and we expect you to get as good if not better results then one-on-one personal training.'

For schedules and more information on how you can sign up for Improvement Warrior Fitness and receive a free two-week trial, visit http://www.improvementwarriorfitness.com/.
