Forensics Consulting Solutions Welcomes Shawn Edwards to Their Team

EDD Professional Joins FCS as the new Vice President of Professional Services Group

PHOENIX, AZ October 29, 2010 (Press-News.org) Kelly "K.J." Kuchta, Founder and CEO of Forensics Consulting Solutions, LLC (FCS), announced today that D. Shawn Edwards, Esq. has accepted a position as the Vice President of Professional Services.

"Everyone at FCS is excited that Shawn is joining our team." Kuchta said. "She is a consummate professional with an amazing background in the Electronic Discovery field. Her comprehensive knowledge of litigation support technology, coupled with her vast experience at the executive level will provide our PSG Consultants with the assistance they need to continue to provide world-class service to our elite clientele."

Ms. Edwards, a graduate of South Texas College of Law, comes to FCS from FileControl Partners in Houston, where she held the title of Vice President of Operations. Having worked in the E-Discovery field for most of her career, Shawn has utilized her technical expertise as both a provider and end user. She designed and created the litigation support unit for the U.S. Attorney's Office in San Francisco, CA and has helped to develop cutting edge technologies for the EDD community.

Her credits include senior consulting and executive positions with the Baker Robbins & Company and the LIT Group. She has managed global projects and complex litigation through the use of technologies over a wide range of platforms. Like FCS, Shawn has handled some of the largest litigation and most complex cases in the financial, banking, pharmaceutical industries, with a particular focus on class-action and joint defense group litigations.

When asked about her new position Shawn said, "I am proud to be joining the team at FCS. This remarkable group of professionals has handled some of the largest EDD cases ever recorded. And yet, they have managed to maintain a company-wide culture intent on excellence and personal service. I feel certain that together, we can continue to grow and further elevate their position as a leader in the E-Discovery industry."
