The Florida Retina Symposium Returns to Sarasota for a Premier Ophthalmologic Meeting

SARASOT, FL October 29, 2010 (Press-News.org) Retina Associates of Sarasota, The Center for Retina and Macular Disease, and Lippincott CME Institute are proud to jointly sponsor The Florida Retina Symposium Sarasota.

Group organizers have officially announced today the 2011 event will return to Sarasota, FL March 18-19 at the Longboat Key Club. Course directors Dr. Keye Wong (RAS) and Dr. Michael Tolentino (CRMD) are proud to unveil the venue and continue work on the educational curriculum and guest speakers. Sarasota has a rich history of providing ophthalmologic education and the 2011 event promises to continue the tradition.

"We have been fortunate to partner our efforts in providing education of this caliber with Dr. Tolentino and The Center for Retina and Macular Disease". Dr. Wong also acknowledges "the event attracts ophthalmologic physicians from as far away as Brazil, Peru, and Argentina in addition to a solid representation from the United States".

Speakers from around the country will present vital information and facilitate discussion that stimulates attendees to improve their eye care practice while earning CME credit.
