LOUIS, MO, October 29, 2010 (Press-News.org) Turning Point Advisors, specialists in the sale of privately held companies and the purchase of businesses by individuals and corporate buyers, celebrated their new office opening this month at Two City Place Drive in St. Louis. Led by Principals Barbara Hartung and Thomas Long, Turning Point Advisors offer services in mergers, recapitalizations, divestitures, corporate acquisitions and management led buyouts.

Hartung has more than 25 years of merger and acquisitions experience. She has practiced as a CPA and for more than18 years was a partner with a major St. Louis law firm.

Thomas Long has spent more than 15 years as a merger and acquisitions advisor and business owner, prior to which he spent more than 20 years as a healthcare executive with major health care companies in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
