Bill brings more than twenty five years of experience in the real estate and mortgage banking industry, having focused much of his energy and effort on improving mortgage banking processes.

In 2006, Bill's expertise was critical in the development and integration of a valuation application that was approved by Freddie Mac. This inventive and out-of-the-box solution was later patent-approved in 2012. In his new role as Senior Vice President of Business and Product Development for First Valuation's technology division, Bill will utilize his expertise and experience to bring First Valuation technology to the market and continue to enhance process improvement for the mortgage banking industry.
