The folks at Gale Street Inn have heard a lot of great tales from its customers over the years. Like who brought them in for the first time, what their favorite meal is, and what experiences they've had at the Jefferson Park neighborhood restaurant. They've heard Arlington Park racetrack stories, expressway nightmare stories, Gale Street police station stories, snowstorm stories and first date stories. Now in a first ever "What's YOUR Story?" contest, Gale Street Inn owner George Karzas is asking its customers to submit their favorite Gale Street Inn story for a chance to win a dinner for 10 on Father's Day. Says Karzas, "Entries will be judged on the best story overall whether you made us laugh, cry, or had us on the edge of our seats. We want to hear them all."
All stories and photos collected will also be displayed on the Gale Street Inn web site as part of the collective history of Gale Street Inn.
