Hughes Environmental Receives NADCA's "Outstanding Safety Award"

Hughes Environmental was awarded with the National Air Duct Cleaner's Association's "Outstanding Safety Award" for the seventh year in a row.

LOUISVILLE, KY, May 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) Hughes Environmental, a commercial duct cleaning and combustible dust cleaning company, has received National Air Duct Cleaner's Association's "Outstanding Safety Award" for the seventh year in a row. Winners of the NADCA's Outstanding Safety Award have maintained little to no instances of employee injury for three or more consecutive years.

The requirements for the Safety Award are based upon standards from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). When applying for this award, companies must have completed OSHA #300A Log in accordance with requirements under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. Also, they have to have met safety guidelines as stipulated by NADCA to receive this honor.

"The safety of our employees is of the utmost importance, especially when dealing with the industry we serve. We are honored to have received this award yet again, reassuring us that we are taking the right precautions in order to keep our employees safe," said Chuck Cooper, Director Business Development for Hughes Environmental.
