Waltz into Winter with Boden
2010-10-30
LONDON, ENGLAND, October 30, 2010 (Press-News.org) Boden may be known for its love of colour, but this season also demonstrates our fascination with sequins, beads and all things spangly. Our Sequin Spot Top will persuade you to accept a last-minute dinner invitation, even when your hot water bottle beckons. The Shimmering Spot Dress combines silk trims and sequins in a piece that will live on in your memory long after the occasions it helped you celebrate. And our women's skirts and dresses will help you distinguish yourself - and your hosts - by elevating the occasion.

Wonderful textures are another key theme with our girls coats with lots of velvet to choose from. The Colourblock Velvet Top proves that you don't need to be a rock chick to wear velvet and Winter also sees the arrival of our Velvet Party Coat - made from lovely, light velvet which will swirl around you as you make an entrance. We're also offering a Rich Velvet Scarf in six great, machine washable colours.

As boiled wools been off the menu for a bit, we've brought it back for Winter in our Boiled Wool Coat. This one's a great shape, with big buttons and simple patch pockets. We love the texture of silk satin too. It offers you all the glamour you need for the evening and the large scale floral print we've chosen for our Piccadilly Dress also looks just as lovely in the daytime.

Finally, the festive season calls for a little statement jewellery. Our Jewel Bracelet will hold its own against any other baubles in the room. It comes with an adjustable chain, and neat little grosgrain bows. Finally, the Chic Jewelled Necklace is pretty but not too precious about it. The double string of faceted jewels is classic, but still a bit different.

About Boden

When he couldn't find what he wanted in the shops - and realised that he and the City had grown tired of each other - Johnnie Boden started a clothing business. Boden's grown in leaps and bounds since the first range took shape on Johnnie's kitchen table back in 1991. The company is now turning over GBP200 million a year and employing 800 staff. Over 200 womenswear styles are on offer, as well as extensive ranges of menswear, baby, girls and boys' clothes. Boden launched in America in 2002, Germany in 2007 and in September 2009 we started selling our clothes in Austria.
